An hour a month that pays for itself.
Every month, one free hour: what changed in AI, what it means for a small business, and how to put it to work. Plain language, live demonstrations, zero sales pitch. Miss a session? The recording library has you covered.
How the hour is built.
The presentation
Thirty minutes on what actually changed in AI this month and how a small business can use it. Always recorded and posted to the member library; miss a session, catch up on your own schedule. New members inherit the whole archive.
Open Q&A
Thirty minutes of your questions, answered live. Your exchange appears in the published recording only if you opt in. No pressure. Members should be free to say what they actually need.
The after-hours window
Five to thirty minutes of informal, live-only conversation after the official close. Never recorded, no exceptions. This is where “here is my actual situation” gets discussed.
Every presenter follows one rule: teach, never pitch.
Sessions are led by New Era Systems, with occasional guest presenters when the value is genuinely there, under the same no-pitch rule, with no exceptions for anyone, including the founder.
Recorded for the library. Private by default.
The library only works if people feel safe asking real questions. So the recording policy errs, every time, toward protecting the person asking.
- R-01The policy is announced aloud before every Q&A segment begins. No fine print, no surprises.
- R-02Default is exclusion. Your question and its answer appear in the published recording only if you affirmatively say yes; you’re asked individually, both before and after your question is addressed. Silence or hesitation means it stays out.
- R-03You can change your mind at any point until the recording is actually published. No penalty, no argument.
- R-04Recordings publish within about a week of the live session, so there is a real window to reconsider before anything is locked in.
- R-05The after-hours window is never recorded. No opt-in mechanism even exists for it.
Every session compounds.
Each recorded presentation joins a growing member-accessible library. Join in month one or month twelve; the whole archive is yours either way. Session announcements and recaps are posted to Updates.
Learning is step one. When a session sparks an idea worth funding (a subscription, an API build, an automation), the fund exists to pay for it. That’s the whole design.
